Vice President Kevin Velotta Joins LL CRE
Kevin Velotta, a 13-year veteran of commercial real estate leasing and investment sales, has joined the LL CRE group of Compass Commercial as a Vice President. Kevin joins a group that has sold more than $150 million in commercial assets in the last 12 months alone and is looking to expand its services and expertise to tenant and landlord lease representation. The move marks a turning point for the LL CRE group as it begins to focus on providing its clients with a full scope of integrated services and industry knowledge to successfully grow and sustain wealth.

At LL CRE, Kevin will focus on Investment sales as well as continue to excel in his role as a landlord and tenant advisor, where he, the team, and their clients will benefit greatly from the synergy and cross pollination of relationships. His experience spans several different product types including retail and office leasing, investment sales, and mixed-use assets. His most notable deals include securing the lease for first Halal Guys franchise in the west coast at 336 O’Farrell, the sale of a 10,000 sf +- Industrial Office building, and a Class-A office lease at 835 Market Street.

Prior to joining the LL CRE group, Kevin was a Vice President at Blatteis Realty Company where he completed more than 200,000 square feet of CRE transactions. His diverse background allows him to efficiently service his clients’ needs.
Kevin is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from California State University Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in business economics before returning to the Bay Area to start his career in commercial real estate. Outside of work, Kevin has a love for music and playing guitar, staying active at the gym, and spending time with friends & family.
